A. Trimble Mobile Manager

  1. In the PointMan Settings page, switch the GPS type to “internal”. Then logout of, close, and kill the app completely.
  2. Verify that you have the Trimble Mobile Manager (TMM) app installed on your device.
  3. Verify that the TMM app is up to date (uninstall and reinstall the app if you are unsure of the version)
  4. Logout of and kill the TMM app. Then open PointMan and attempt to reconnect to the GPS/GNSS.
B. Uninstall/reinstall the app. Then attempt to reconnect to the GPS/GNSS.


C. If you are still experiencing issues with pairing to your Trimble GPS/GNSS device, please follow the directions listed under “I need help now”.
